The key is not included in the package, it is designed for the customs exam only, it’s a standard TSA lock, only the customs have the key to open.
How do I set the code when I first get it?
1. The original password is 0-0-0. Switch the Reset Button in the latch from “OFF” to “SET”;
2. Turn the Dials to your desired combination
3. Switch the Reset Button to “OFF”, and now you can open the lock with the new combination.
